Elizabeth Hardin (Coach Ed) 

Spokane Sky Club Director 

Elizabeth began with the club in 2019 as an assistant for the U14s team, having moved from Palm Springs, CA where she was head coach and program director for both girls and boys varsity volleyball teams for Cathedral City HS, as well as coached club teams at Desert Sports. In 2017, Elizabeth acquired a B.A in Developmental Psychology from Cal State San Bernardino. Elizabeth took over as director in 2020 and continues her passion through running and organizing the club to be the best option for families who love volleyball. With her love for volleyball, she began as the Head Coach at Spokane Falls Community College in 2023. Elizabeth is married and has four children who always keep her going. Elizabeth is dedicated to growing Sky and keeping it a trustworthy and family friendly club. 

Haylie Jones

Spokane Sky Assistant Club Director

Haylie began coaching for Sky in 2022 and Assistant Directing in 2023. She began as an assistant coach for the U16s team, and this year will be her 2nd year coaching as an assistant for the U18 group. Haylie currently works full-time as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, but also works as an Assistant Coach at Spokane Falls Community College with director, Elizabeth Hardin. Haylie's love for volleyball began 15 years ago. She played in a competitive recreational league throughout college and continues to participate in playing recreationally when she can. Haylie is recently married with 2 fur babies. She is excited for her continued future with Sky and to help develop the program.
