I've played volleyball for over 20 years. My goal is to help girls grow in their love for volleyball so they will also want to play for well over 20 years. My coaching philosophy for 15s is mostly focused on growth. 15s is one of those "in between" years, and I want the girls to come out stronger after this club season for their sophomore year. I want to help them develop not just as skilled athletes, but as leaders. We will still work to be a competitive team, but I will have the girls thinking about individual goals as well.
