I have coached for Spokane Sky for the last 17 years  and this is my 24th year of coaching club volleyball. I have also had the opportunity to work in the past with the board at Spokane Sky as well with the Evergreen Region. My passion, though, is with coaching. I coach most often at the 14s and 16s age levels. I have been a head coach with younger developmental teams as well as within the high school system. This year I have the privilege of coaching my favorite age level at 15s. This is an amazing year of growth and possibility for players. I love the process of training and competing and my goal is to prepare my players for that next level in their high school career. 

Here is my coaching philosophy.

My role as a coach is to provide an atmosphere where a player can learn to be aggressive, to be competitive, to be comfortable with risk and the possibility of failure. I believe that these qualities are not something that a person is always born with, but skills and attitudes that can be learned, can be fostered, and encouraged. My goal is to combine strong technical coaching along with training of mental toughness. Players join my team because they want to make big changes and not just because they want to win. There is a difference.

Lilli is beginning her second season as a U13 level coach and her first season as a coach with Spokane Sky! As a player, she played for North Central High School as a setter, right side hitter, and defensive specialist; not to mention she is a Spokane Sky alum! She is currently studying at Whitworth University to be a secondary math and science teacher. She loves working with this age group to hep prepare student athletes for high school and beyond. She is excited to share her love for the game with young athletes and to watch her team grow both on and off the court!

Hi, I'm Ashly, I am a mom of 4 girls, a speech language pathologist of over 10 years in the schools. I am passionate about guiding all athletes to their full potential and on the way fostering a lifelong love for their sport. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to coach volleyball, track, and softball. I strive to earn the title of Coach!

Hi! I'm from Grants Pass, Oregon and I moved to spokane almost four years ago. I played volleyball for 8 years, from 5th grad to my senior year. This is my second season coaching with Sky and I am so excited! I want to help my team grow as players and as people, and help keep them passionate about volleyball!
